Enquiries and bookings are handled directly through WhatsApp or email to respond to your request. The form prepares your message in your browser; this website does not maintain a database of those messages.

We use Google Analytics 4 (G-Z0ZLNJ4GNN) to measure visits and interactions and Google Ads (AW-17711203117) to measure WhatsApp contact clicks. Both are connected through one Google tag (GT-MRLWJ86G). Analytics and advertising cookies require your separate choices. You can withdraw consent using “Cookie settings”.

In advanced consent mode, Google tags may send limited cookieless signals even if you reject optional cookies. Rejection denies optional storage and permission for advertising use of data and personalisation. WhatsApp and social links open external services; Google Maps loads only when you click “Show Google map”.

See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable terms and safeguards.

Contact Juan to request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, or complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD). WhatsApp and email enquiries are retained while necessary to respond to the request and maintain the customer relationship. They are reviewed at least once a year and those no longer needed are deleted, except information that must be retained to meet legal obligations for the applicable periods.
